Description
Crunchy, sweet, and lightly spiced, these Air Fryer Banana Chips are the perfect healthy snack. Ready in minutes with simple ingredients, they’re great for lunchboxes, yogurt toppings, or straight from the jar!
Ingredients
2 ripe but firm bananas
1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar (or more to taste)
Cooking spray or light oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
1. Peel the bananas and slice them into thin, even rounds (about 1/4 inch thick).
2. Spritz slices with lemon juice if using, then toss gently in cinnamon sugar.
3. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket or tray without overlapping.
4. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
5. Remove chips and let cool completely to finish crisping. Enjoy!
Notes
Use firm bananas for best slicing and crisping.
Watch closely near the end to avoid over-browning.
If they soften during storage, re-crisp in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
