Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
Honey Butter Garlic Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp honey
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Pat chicken tenders dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange tenders in a single layer in the basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Toss cooked chicken with warm sauce until fully coated.
