Ingredients
16 oz white button or baby bella mushrooms
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms gently with a damp paper towel. Trim stems if needed. Halve or quarter larger mushrooms.
- In a large bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden and tender, transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
