This Avocado Tuna Salad Blend is a creamy, protein-packed meal that brings together rich avocado, flaky tuna, sweet corn, and juicy tomatoes with a splash of lime and fresh herbs. It’s ready in under 10 minutes and perfect for a quick lunch, light dinner, or nutritious snack.
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados, diced
1 (5 oz) can of tuna, drained
1/2 cup corn (fresh, canned, or thawed frozen)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (or 1 Roma tomato, diced)
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: red chili flakes, to taste
Instructions
Drain the tuna and gently flake it into a large bowl.
Dice the avocados and tomatoes. If using canned corn, drain it well.
Combine the avocado, tuna, corn, and tomatoes in the bowl. Toss gently.
Sprinkle in the chopped herbs.
Squeeze the lime juice over the salad.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes. Toss again gently.
Chill for 5-10 minutes, then serve.
