Ingredients
8 slices white sandwich bread (crusts removed)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, 3 tablespoons sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin.
- Spread each slice with the cream cheese mixture and roll up tightly.
- Mix 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- Dip each roll-up in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Place roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 16–18 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
