Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with oil or nonstick spray.
2. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and garlic powder until smooth.
4. Arrange chicken in the baking dish in a single layer. Pour sauce over the top and spread evenly.
5. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
6. Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for a caramelized top.
7. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped green onions and red pepper flakes.
8. Serve over rice, with vegetables, or in lettuce wraps.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 1–2 hours before baking.
Use boneless chicken thighs if you prefer a juicier, more flavorful cut.
Make it kid-friendly by reducing or omitting the sriracha entirely.
