Description

Creamy, hearty, and done in under 30 minutes, this Beef and Bowtie Pasta with Alfredo Sauce is perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends. Tossed in a rich Parmesan cream sauce with tender beef and bowtie pasta, it’s a meal the whole family will ask for again and again.


Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef or beef tips

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown the ground beef or sear beef tips until cooked through. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove beef and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until melted and sauce slightly thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Return cooked pasta and beef to the skillet. Gently toss to coat everything evenly in the Alfredo sauce.

7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For best flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan—not pre-shredded.

Don’t boil the Alfredo sauce—simmer gently to avoid curdling.

Add a splash of milk or cream when reheating to refresh the sauce.
