2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved horizontally (or 4 thin cutlets)

3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
3 garlic cloves, minced
0.33 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
0.5 cup chicken broth
0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
0.25 cup capers, drained
lemon slices, for garnish
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Place chicken cutlets between parchment paper and pound to even ½-inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
