Ingredients

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 frozen banana (sliced)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 to 1/2 cup almond milk (adjust for texture)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Toppings: fresh blueberries, granola, chia seeds, coconut flakes, mint leaves


Instructions

  1. Freeze your banana slices and blueberries in advance.
  2. Add frozen banana, blueberries, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Adjust thickness by adding more milk or frozen fruit.
