Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
10 oz mini marshmallows
1/2 cup dulce de leche, plus more for drizzling
1/4 tsp sea salt
6 cups crispy rice cereal
Nonstick spray or butter for the pan
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until browned and fragrant.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Mix in dulce de leche and sea salt until smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in crispy rice cereal.
- Press mixture into the prepared pan evenly.
- Drizzle with extra dulce de leche if desired.
- Cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
