¼ cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and 1 cup brown sugar until smooth. Stir in 2 tablespoons melted butter, vanilla, baking powder, and salt.
5. Pour the filling over the baked crust and spread evenly.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is just set and slightly jiggly.
