Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
½ cup Caesar dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish
- Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic powder and black pepper.
- Place chicken in center of dish; arrange asparagus around. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Spoon Caesar dressing over chicken; top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and cheese is golden. For extra browning, broil 2–3 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve hot.
