Cajun Steak Cheesy Rigatoni Parmesan

Description

A bold and indulgent dinner dish combining tender Cajun-spiced steak bites with creamy, cheesy rigatoni tossed in a rich Parmesan sauce. Perfect for cozy nights or impressing guests.


Ingredients

1 lb sirloin, ribeye, or strip steak, cut into cubes

12 oz rigatoni pasta

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Season steak cubes generously with Cajun seasoning.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and sear steak until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water.
  4. In the same skillet, melt more butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan, and whisk until smooth. Add a pinch of Cajun seasoning and a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Toss cooked rigatoni into the sauce until fully coated.
  7. Plate rigatoni with Cajun steak on the side or top. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
