Description

Crispy on the outside, gooey and rich on the inside, these Caramel Apple Pie Bombs are everything you love about apple pie—packed into a warm, buttery bite. Bursting with creamy cheesecake, spiced apple, and molten caramel, they’re the kind of treat you’ll want to make again and again.


Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or crescent roll dough

1 cup apple pie filling (diced if chunky)

1/2 cup caramel sauce

4 oz cream cheese, cut into small cubes

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted


Instructions

1. Dice the apple pie filling if necessary and cube the cream cheese into small pieces.

2. Flatten each biscuit or crescent dough portion into a 4-inch circle.

3. Add a small spoonful of apple pie filling, one cube of cream cheese, and a drizzle of caramel to the center.

4. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch tightly to seal. Place seam-side down.

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 13–15 minutes or air fry at 330°F for 8–10 minutes until golden.

6. While still warm, brush each with melted butter and roll in a mix of cinnamon and sugar.

7. Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top before serving.

Notes

If using crescent dough, pinch the seams closed well to avoid leaking during baking.

For a tangier twist, use whipped cream cheese or add a splash of lemon juice to the apple filling.

These are best enjoyed warm but can be reheated in an air fryer to refresh the texture.
