1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp powdered sugar

0.5 tsp vanilla extract

caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

1. Prepare the brownie base by cutting cooled brownies into bite-sized cubes.

2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

3. Add caramel sauce and continue mixing until fully combined.

4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

5. Gently fold whipped cream into the caramel cream cheese mixture to create mousse.

6. For the topping, whip remaining heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.

7. In a trifle bowl, layer brownie cubes, caramel cheesecake mousse, and whipped cream.

8. Drizzle caramel sauce lightly over each whipped cream layer.

9. Repeat layering until the dish is filled, finishing with whipped cream on top.

10. Garnish with caramel candies, more caramel drizzle, and optional toffee or graham crackers.

11. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving to set the layers.

Notes

Use slightly underbaked brownies for extra fudgy texture that holds up in layers.

For stabilized whipped cream, add 1 tsp cornstarch or a spoonful of instant pudding mix while whipping.
