Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley, optional
tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
3. Stir in the shredded chicken, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish or pie plate.
5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese over the top.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven and top with parsley if desired.

Notes
