Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits, cut into quarters
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir in the cooked chicken and half of the cheddar cheese.
4. Cut biscuits into quarters and gently fold them into the mixture.
5. Transfer everything into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
7. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes until biscuits are puffed and golden and the filling is bubbling.

Notes
Avoid overmixing the biscuits into the filling to keep them fluffy.
Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melt and flavor.
If using frozen veggies, thaw and pat dry before mixing in.
