Description

A rich fusion of two iconic treats—chewy brownies and soft chocolate chip cookie dough. These bite-sized brownie bombs are perfect for parties, holidays, or indulgent cravings. They’re dipped in melted chocolate, topped with drizzle and chips, and packed with a melty center that delivers on every chocolatey level.


Ingredients

Brownies, baked and cooled (fudgy style)

Egg-free chocolate chip cookie dough

Mini or regular chocolate chips

Optional: melted peanut butter or ganache for drizzling

Butter (softened)

Brown sugar

Granulated sugar

Vanilla extract

Heat-treated all-purpose flour

Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Make Cookie Dough: Combine butter, sugars, vanilla, and salt. Mix in flour and fold in chocolate chips. Roll into 1-inch balls. Freeze 30 minutes.
  2. Form Brownie Shells: Cut brownies into squares. Flatten and wrap around cookie dough balls. Seal completely.
  3. Chill & Dip: Refrigerate brownie bombs for 20 minutes. Melt chocolate chips and dip each bomb until fully coated.
  4. Decorate: Drizzle with peanut butter or ganache. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  5. Set & Serve: Allow to set at room temp or chill. Serve chilled or slightly warmed.
