Description

This Christmas Cranberry Honey Butter is a rich, creamy, and festive spread that comes together in minutes. Sweetened with honey and dotted with tangy dried cranberries, it’s perfect for adding holiday cheer to biscuits, rolls, pancakes, and more.

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/3 cup honey

1/2 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch sea salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Let the unsalted butter sit at room temperature until softened.

2. In a mixing bowl, whip the butter using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium-high for 2–3 minutes, until light and fluffy.

3. Add the honey and vanilla extract; beat again until smooth and silky.

4. Fold in the chopped dried cranberries using a spatula.

5. Taste and mix in a pinch of sea salt if needed.

6. Transfer to a jar or ramekin and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use European-style butter for the fluffiest texture and deeper flavor.

Chop cranberries finely to ensure even distribution in every bite.

For a flavor twist, add a touch of orange zest or cinnamon.
