Description

Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

1 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes

1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)


Instructions

1. Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 30 minutes until softened.

2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until fully incorporated.

4. Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.

5. Stir in crushed peppermint candies, saving a tablespoon for garnish.

6. Fold in mini marshmallows if using.

7. Transfer to a serving bowl, top with reserved peppermint, and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
