Description

A layered, no-bake treat featuring a crunchy graham cracker crust, fluffy cream cheese filling, and a sweet cherry topping. This nostalgic dessert is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly moistened.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill in the refrigerator.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until fully incorporated.
  5. Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  7. Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over the top.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
