Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly moistened.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill in the refrigerator.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over the top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
