Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese (full-fat or 2%)
1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip or whipped topping
3 ripe bananas, sliced
1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers (or graham crackers)
1/4 cup crushed nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Whip the Cottage Cheese: Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor until completely smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides as needed.
