4 large eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 pre-baked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the pie crust by fitting it into a 9-inch pie dish and blind baking until lightly golden. Let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-baked crust.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
