Ingredients

5 cups broccoli florets, chopped small

1/3 cup red onion, finely diced

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the broccoli thoroughly. Cut into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, add the broccoli, red onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss well to coat everything evenly.
