Description

This Creamy Cajun Beef Spaghetti with Three-Cheese Parmesan Sauce is the ultimate comfort skillet dinner. A luscious cheese blend melts into a Cajun-spiced cream sauce, tossed with spaghetti and topped with savory seasoned beef. Finished in the oven until bubbly and golden, it’s a bold, satisfying dish that brings the flavor—and leftovers are rare!

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

8 ounces spaghetti, cooked al dente

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning, divided

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large oven-safe skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess grease. Season with 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning. Transfer beef to a bowl.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Pour in heavy cream. Stir in remaining 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning and bring to a gentle simmer.

5. Reduce heat to low. Add Parmesan, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the cheese sauce and toss to coat evenly. Flatten the pasta in the skillet.

7. Spoon the cooked beef over the top. Sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.

8. Transfer skillet to preheated oven at 375°F. Bake for 10–12 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

9. Remove from oven. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheeses for the best melting and texture.

Adjust Cajun spice to taste—start mild and add heat if needed.

If reheating, add a splash of cream or milk to refresh the sauce.
