Ingredients
1 lb rotini pasta
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

4 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub them generously with Cajun seasoning and let them sit for 10 minutes.
2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
