This creamy Cajun steak Alfredo combines the rich flavors of seared, spice-rubbed steak with a velvety Parmesan Alfredo sauce. It’s a comforting yet bold dinner option that brings a bit of heat and a lot of satisfaction to the table.
Ingredients
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 1-inch thick)
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
12 oz fettuccine pasta
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Optional: red pepper flakes for extra heat
Instructions
- Pat the steaks dry and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side. Rest and slice.
- Cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet, add garlic, then heavy cream. Simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
- Toss pasta with sauce until well coated.
- Plate pasta, top with sliced steak, garnish, and serve.
