Description

This creamy Cajun steak Alfredo combines the rich flavors of seared, spice-rubbed steak with a velvety Parmesan Alfredo sauce. It’s a comforting yet bold dinner option that brings a bit of heat and a lot of satisfaction to the table.


Ingredients

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 1-inch thick)

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

12 oz fettuccine pasta

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: red pepper flakes for extra heat


Instructions

  1. Pat the steaks dry and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side. Rest and slice.
  3. Cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. Melt butter in the same skillet, add garlic, then heavy cream. Simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
  6. Toss pasta with sauce until well coated.
  7. Plate pasta, top with sliced steak, garnish, and serve.
