Ingredients
Rigatoni pasta
Beef stew meat or sirloin tips
Garlic cloves
Butter
Heavy cream
Parmesan cheese, grated
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Salt
Black pepper
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef cubes until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Make the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper. Let sauce thicken.
- Cook Pasta: Boil rigatoni until al dente. Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
- Combine: Add rigatoni and beef to the sauce. Toss together. Add pasta water if sauce is too thick.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and extra pepper if desired.
