Ingredients

Rigatoni pasta

Beef stew meat or sirloin tips

Garlic cloves

Butter

Heavy cream

Parmesan cheese, grated

Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Salt

Black pepper

Fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Brown the Beef: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef cubes until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Make the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper. Let sauce thicken.
  4. Cook Pasta: Boil rigatoni until al dente. Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
  5. Combine: Add rigatoni and beef to the sauce. Toss together. Add pasta water if sauce is too thick.
  6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and extra pepper if desired.
