Description

Creamy Lemon Garlic Pasta is the ultimate balance of cozy and refreshing. It features tender pasta swirled in a silky sauce made with garlic, lemon, cream, and Parmesan—perfect for both casual weeknights and special dinners.


Ingredients

12 oz spaghetti or pasta of choice

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 lemon, zested and juiced

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in lemon zest and juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and cracked black pepper.
  5. Add drained pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water to loosen sauce if needed.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and more Parmesan if desired. Serve warm.
