Ingredients
12 ounces spaghetti, cooked al dente
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large pot, boil salted water and cook spaghetti to al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth.
4. Add the shredded chicken and cooked spaghetti to the creamy mixture and toss to coat evenly.
5. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra richness, use a blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
This dish can be assembled ahead and refrigerated up to 24 hours before baking.
