Description
These crispy air fryer ranch wings are bold, juicy, and loaded with herby flavor. A healthier alternative to fried wings, they crisp up perfectly in the air fryer with just a light spray of oil. Coated in ranch seasoning with hints of garlic, paprika, and optional heat, they make the ultimate game day snack or weeknight dinner. Easy to prep, quick to cook, and even better to devour.
Ingredients
12 chicken wings
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Avocado or olive oil spray
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Pat the chicken wings dry thoroughly with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.
2. Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne if using. Toss to coat wings evenly.
3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the basket. Do not overcrowd. Spray lightly with oil.
5. Cook for 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
6. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing and fresh celery sticks.
Notes
Drying the wings thoroughly is essential for maximum crisp.
For extra ranch flavor, sprinkle a little more seasoning right after cooking.
Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 375°F for 5–7 minutes to keep them crispy.
