Ingredients
For the Chicken Tenders:
1½ lbs chicken tenderloins or breast strips
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
For the Creamy Mustard Dip:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 tsp honey
½ tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, pepper, and salt.
- Toss chicken strips in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
- Lay chicken on the baking sheet or rack without crowding.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and crispy.
- Meanwhile, combine all mustard dip ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Chill until serving.
- Let tenders rest for 3–5 minutes post-baking. Garnish with parsley and serve with dip.
