Ingredients

For the Chicken Tenders:

lbs chicken tenderloins or breast strips

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp chili powder

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

For the Creamy Mustard Dip:

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp whole grain mustard

1 tsp honey

½ tsp lemon juice

¼ tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, pepper, and salt.
  3. Toss chicken strips in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
  4. Lay chicken on the baking sheet or rack without crowding.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and crispy.
  6. Meanwhile, combine all mustard dip ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Chill until serving.
  7. Let tenders rest for 3–5 minutes post-baking. Garnish with parsley and serve with dip.
