Ingredients
1 pound salmon fillet, skinless and cut into bite-sized cubes
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and cut into bite-sized cubes.
2. In a bowl, toss the salmon with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Sear the salmon cubes for 2 to 3 minutes per side until crispy and golden. Cook in batches if necessary.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
6. Plate the salmon bites and drizzle with the bang bang sauce.
7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use center-cut salmon for even cubes that sear evenly.
Don’t overcrowd the pan; searing in batches gives the best crispy edges.
Adjust sriracha to your heat preference, or use hot honey for a twist.
