Description
This Crispy Garlic Air Fryer Broccoli delivers golden, crunchy florets infused with garlic flavor and finished with optional Parmesan. Perfect as a weeknight side or snack, it’s fast, healthy, and seriously addictive.
Ingredients
4 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and trim broccoli into even-sized florets. Pat completely dry.
2. In a large bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3-5 minutes.
4. Place broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
6. Once crispy and golden, remove and sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Patting the broccoli dry is key—wet florets will steam, not crisp.
Add Parmesan only after air frying to keep it from burning.
Don’t skip preheating the air fryer—it helps the broccoli crisp right away.
