Description

Easter Crack Candy is a crunchy-salty-sweet treat with buttery toffee, creamy white chocolate, and festive Easter candies. It’s the ultimate no-fuss spring dessert.

Ingredients

40 salted crackers

1 cup butter

1 cup brown sugar

2 cups white chocolate chips or melting wafers

1 cup Easter-colored candies (like M&M’s or pastel candy-coated chocolates)

¼ cup colorful sprinkles

¼ cup crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil. Arrange crackers in a single layer.

2. Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until boiling. Let boil for 2-3 minutes.

3. Pour toffee mixture over crackers and spread evenly. Bake 5 minutes.

4. Remove from oven, sprinkle white chocolate chips, let melt, and spread smoothly.

5. Top with candies, sprinkles, and optional crumbs. Chill 30 minutes.

6. Break into pieces and enjoy.

Notes

Use good-quality white chocolate for best flavor.

Work fast when spreading toffee and chocolate.

Store in the fridge for crunchier texture.
