Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
1. Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of blended cottage cheese with 1 cup of all-purpose flour. Stir to form a dough.
3. If the dough is too sticky, add a bit more flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it’s soft and workable.
4. Lightly flour your work surface. Divide the dough into smaller portions and roll each out to about 1/4-inch thickness.
5. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
