Description

This Easy Cajun Cream Sauce is a bold and creamy southern-style sauce perfect for pasta, chicken, shrimp, or vegetables. With a spicy kick and a velvety finish, it’s your go-to recipe for quick weeknight meals or flavor-packed dinners.


Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

23 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning and paprika.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a low simmer.
  5. Let sauce simmer for 4–5 minutes to thicken.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Turn off heat and sprinkle with parsley and red pepper flakes if using.
  9. Serve immediately over your favorite dish.
