Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
 - Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
 - Stir in Cajun seasoning and paprika.
 - Pour in heavy cream and bring to a low simmer.
 - Let sauce simmer for 4–5 minutes to thicken.
 - Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Turn off heat and sprinkle with parsley and red pepper flakes if using.
