Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count, such as Pillsbury Grands)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (sharp or medium)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
- Mix shredded cheddar with garlic powder in a bowl.
- Brush melted butter on one side of each biscuit.
- Sprinkle cheese mixture on top of each buttered biscuit.
- Stack biscuits vertically in the loaf pan, cheese-side up.
