Description

This Easy Cheesy Biscuit Loaf is golden, buttery, and layered with melty cheddar cheese. Made with refrigerated biscuit dough and a handful of pantry staples, it bakes into a soft, pull-apart loaf that’s perfect for dipping, sharing, or devouring straight from the pan. Ideal for gatherings or a comforting side dish.

Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count, such as Pillsbury Grands)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (sharp or medium)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
  3. Mix shredded cheddar with garlic powder in a bowl.
  4. Brush melted butter on one side of each biscuit.
  5. Sprinkle cheese mixture on top of each buttered biscuit.
  6. Stack biscuits vertically in the loaf pan, cheese-side up.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
