Description

Creamy Alfredo, tender chicken, and gooey cheese all baked into one satisfying casserole. This is your go-to for cozy dinners and easy leftovers.


Ingredients

12 oz pasta (penne or rotini), cooked al dente

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Alfredo sauce, chicken, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Add cooked pasta and stir to coat everything evenly.
  4. Pour mixture into baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
