Description
This Easy Cranberry Orange Fudge is rich, creamy, and bursting with festive flavor from dried cranberries and fresh orange zest. With no baking required, it’s the perfect last-minute holiday treat or thoughtful edible gift.
Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate chips (or 18 oz chopped white chocolate)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup dried cranberries, divided
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang. Lightly grease the paper.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth (1–2 minutes total).
3. Stir in orange zest, vanilla extract, and salt.
4. Fold in 3/4 cup of dried cranberries. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping.
5. Pour the fudge into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
6. Sprinkle remaining cranberries on top and gently press them into the surface.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
8. Lift out with parchment, cut into squares, and serve or store.
Notes
Use real white chocolate (not candy melts) for the creamiest texture and best flavor.
Orange zest adds brightness—freshly grated zest is best.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
