Ingredients
Carrots (baby or uniformly chopped whole)
Honey
Butter
Brown sugar
Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
- Place carrots in a saucepan with 1/4 cup of water and a pinch of salt. Cover and steam for 6–8 minutes until just fork-tender.
- Drain excess water. In the same pan, melt butter with honey and brown sugar over medium-low heat. Stir until smooth. Add cinnamon if using.
- Return carrots to the pan. Toss in the glaze for 3–5 minutes, stirring until glossy and well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
