Easy Sheet Pan Tortellini and Kielbasa

Description

An incredibly easy one-pan meal featuring roasted kielbasa, cheese tortellini, and burst cherry tomatoes—all tossed with pesto and Parmesan. It’s weeknight dinner made simple, savory, and satisfying.


Ingredients

1 (20 oz) package fresh cheese tortellini

12 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds

2 cups cherry tomatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/3 cup prepared pesto

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Cook tortellini 2 minutes less than package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Spread tortellini, kielbasa slices, and cherry tomatoes on the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes, flipping ingredients halfway, until tortellini are golden and kielbasa is crisp.
  5. Remove from oven and spoon pesto over the hot ingredients. Toss gently.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
