Description
These Easy White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzel Crisps are a no-bake holiday dream—salty, sweet, crunchy, and refreshing. With only five ingredients and 15 minutes, they’re perfect for holiday gifting, parties, or festive snacking.
Ingredients
1 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers
24 pretzel crisps
3 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
1 pinch sea salt flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange pretzel crisps in a single layer.
2. Crush peppermint candies using a food processor or a rolling pin and zip-top bag.
3. In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt white chocolate in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between rounds. Add coconut oil for extra smoothness if desired.
4. Spoon or drizzle melted white chocolate onto pretzel crisps and spread evenly.
5. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy over the chocolate while it’s still wet. Gently press it in.
6. Let the pretzels set at room temperature or chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes until firm.
7. Store in an airtight container, separating layers with parchment paper.
Notes
Use melting wafers or high-quality white chocolate to ensure smooth, even coating.
For extra crunch, lightly press the peppermint into the melted chocolate before setting.
Store in the fridge if your kitchen is warm—these can get soft at room temperature.
