Description

Fluffernutter Brownies combine the rich, fudgy texture of classic brownies with swirls of creamy peanut butter and gooey marshmallow fluff. They’re the perfect nostalgic treat for chocolate lovers looking for something playful yet deeply satisfying.


Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar

3 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon sa

t 3/4 cup marshmallow fluff

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks (optional)


Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl and let it cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until glossy and slightly thick.
  5. Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
  6. Do not overmix.
  7. Pour half the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter and marshmallow fluff over the batter.
  9. Swirl gently using a knife or skewer.
  10. Pour the remaining batter on top and repeat with more peanut butter and fluff if desired.
  11. Bake for 28–32 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  12. Cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

Let brownies cool completely before cutting for cleaner slices.

Avoid natural peanut butter—it can cause oily texture and uneven swirls.

Use high-quality cocoa powder for deeper chocolate flavor.
