Great for weeknight meals, casual gatherings, and anyone craving classic sandwich flavor with a fun twist. It’s the ultimate in easy food ideas for cozy dinners and snack boards alike!

Ingredients

12 slider buns (Hawaiian or soft dinner rolls)

1 pound deli sliced roast beef

12 slices provolone cheese

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley or chopped fresh parsley for garnish

2 cups beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns horizontally and place the bottom halves into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish.

2. If using mayonnaise, spread a thin layer on the bottom buns. Layer the roast beef evenly across the buns and top each with a slice of provolone cheese.

3. Add the top halves of the buns. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, then brush it over the tops of the sliders.

4. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.

5. While sliders bake, prepare the au jus. In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.

6. Slice sliders apart and serve hot with au jus on the side for dipping.

Notes

For extra crispiness, toast the bottom buns before layering ingredients.

Try using Swiss, mozzarella, or gruyère cheese for a twist on flavor.

Make ahead tip: assemble sliders and refrigerate up to 4 hours before baking.
