Linguine

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add butter and garlic to the beef. Cook for 2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a low simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce thickens.
  6. Toss in cooked linguine, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
