Ingredients
1.5 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
8 oz medium pasta shells
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
2. Add steak bites to the hot skillet in a single layer. Sear each side for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the same skillet. Stir constantly for 1 minute.
4. Return steak bites to skillet and coat well with the garlic butter. Turn off heat.
5. In a separate pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
6. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
7. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
8. Fold cooked pasta shells into the cheese sauce until evenly coated.
9. Plate the pasta, top with steak bites, and garnish with parsley and extra cheese if desired.
10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
