Description

Garlic Butter Steak Lightning Noodles is your go-to quick comfort dinner—featuring tender steak strips seared to perfection and tossed in a rich, garlicky butter sauce over slurp-worthy noodles. It’s fast, bold, and utterly satisfying.

Ingredients

Flank or sirloin steak, thinly sliced

Linguine or fettuccine noodles

Garlic, minced

Unsalted butter

Soy sauce

Chili flakes (optional)

Parsley or green onion, chopped

Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles:
    • Boil salted water and cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Sear the Steak:
    • Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear steak slices for 2 minutes per side, then remove from the pan.
  3. Sauté the Garlic:
    • Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic (and chili flakes if using). Sauté until golden and fragrant.
  4. Create the Sauce:
    • Stir in soy sauce and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Combine:
    • Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss in the sauce. Return steak to the pan and mix until warmed through.
  6. Garnish and Serve:
    • Plate and top with chopped parsley or green onions and sesame seeds.
