Description

Golden-fried and packed with flavor, these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs combine juicy beef, melty cheddar, and a buttery garlic-parmesan topping in one irresistible bite. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or fun dinner twist.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 cup cheddar cheese (cubed or shredded)

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

1/4 cup melted butter

1 tsp garlic powder (for butter)

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)


Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook until no longer pink and let cool.
  2. Flatten each biscuit round into a 4-inch circle. Add a spoonful of beef and a cube of cheese in the center.
  3. Seal the dough tightly around the filling and roll into a ball.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F in a deep skillet or pot.
  5. Fry bombs in batches for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush over hot bombs.
  7. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and garnish with parsley if desired.
