Ingredients

2 chicken breasts or thighs

4 pineapple slices

4 lettuce leaves

4 brioche or hamburger buns

4 red onion slices

4 jalapeño slices (optional)

4 tablespoons BBQ sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper


Instructions
